Ingredients:
4 oz Halibut
1 cup flour
1 ¼ cup ice cold water
vegetable oil
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp sriracha
1 granny smith apple
3 blue corn tortillas
1 handful of mixed greens
Steps:
- Prepare the fish, skin off, cut into strips.
- Prepare the batter with flour and ice cold water.
- Heat up vegetable oil.
- Mix mayo with sriracha.
- Prepare thick julienne of apple.
- Dredge fish in flour and deep fry for 3-4 minutes until crisp and golden. Pat dry. Season.
- Serve on blue corn tortilla with mixed greens, sliced apple, spicy mayo and battered fish.
