Halibut Fish Tacos

Ingredients:

4 oz Halibut

1 cup flour

1 ¼ cup ice cold water

vegetable oil

1/3 cup mayonnaise

1 tbsp sriracha

1 granny smith apple

3 blue corn tortillas

1 handful of mixed greens

Steps:

  1. Prepare the fish, skin off, cut into strips.
  2. Prepare the batter with flour and ice cold water.
  3. Heat up vegetable oil.
  4. Mix mayo with sriracha.
  5. Prepare thick julienne of apple.
  6. Dredge fish in flour and deep fry for 3-4 minutes until crisp and golden. Pat dry. Season.
  7. Serve on blue corn tortilla with mixed greens, sliced apple, spicy mayo and battered fish.
