Ingredients:
1 cedar plank
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup Woodford Reserve Bourbon
1/3 cup maple syrup
1 tbsp corn starch
8 oz Salmon fillet
Steps:
- Soak the cedar plank for 3 hours.
- Mix soy sauce, Woodford Reserve Bourbon and maple syrup.
- Marinate the Salmon for 6 hours.
- Strain the marinade.
- Mix corn starch with water.
- Bring the marinade to boil, thicken with corn starch.
- Grill the Salmon for 10-12 minutes at 500˚.
