Panama: The BriansJune 12, 2011
Early this morning we had a Panamanian fishing boat stop when they spotted the amazing quantity of bait fish swimming around our ship…the kids quickly got in their dugouts and started hand lining for cojinoa…
Look at the bait swarming!
It will definitely be a good night tonight for stocking up on bait!
Our new guests are full of beans, despite a very, very, very late night in Panama City yesterday…they seem incredibly put together and are chomping at the bit to get out and do some fishing!
This afternoon saw them heading out with the Brians in tow…that’s Brian Legge (black shirt on the left) and Brian Grange (blue shorts), our trusty leaders…
The afternoon was quick to yield this spectacular 70 lb roosterfish for Russell.
A few more hits, a few Caesars, and it was back to the luxury of the ship for a “quiet” evening.
Early start tomorrow to head out for some billfish.
Stay tuned for lots of photos tomorrow…
Good night from Paradise,
