We welcomed our first guests to beautiful Langara Island in the summer of 1988. Since that time, thousands of people from all over the world have taken part in a unique adventure that has strengthened bonds and created shared memories between families, friends, companies and clients.
HISTORICAL TIMELINE
Haida Gwaii is located in northwestern British Columbia just south of Alaska. Although the area’s remoteness initially presented many challenges, we rose to them. Because we determined way back in 1988 that there was no better spot on earth to offer a fishing and wilderness hospitality experience.

Since our earliest days, The West Coast Fishing Club has been devoted to safeguarding the natural beauty of Haida Gwaii.
