This year’s Far Beyond Culinary Series promises to be truly spectacular for guests looking for a one-of-a-kind culinary experience paired with our world-class fishing in the beauty of Haida Gwaii. With our continued partnership with Canada’s 100 Best, the definitive guide to Canada’s culinary scene, we have put together an impressive line-up of some of the most respected chefs in the culinary world to join us in 2018. These exclusive experiences at The Clubhouse are sure to deliver an unforgettable trip for food-loving guests.

Choose any of four remarkable trips, each uniquely tempting in their own way. This season we’ve expanded upon last year’s culinary success and added more exciting experiences. Spots are selling quickly, so make sure to book early to be one of the lucky guests to join us this year.

Beef, Barbeque & Bourbon | June 3-7, 2018
Newly Added for 2018: The Finest Cuts of Steak


What better way to kickstart your summer than indulging in world-class barbeque, perfectly dry-aged steak, and the finest blends of Tennessee whiskey! Five-time world champion pitmaster Tuffy Stone will be behind the grill along with Executive Chef Danny McCallum, from one of North America’s highest ranked steakhouses, Jacobs & Co., preparing perfect dry-aged steaks for your dining pleasure. And all trip long, you’ll be enjoying the finest bourbon cocktails prepared by brand ambassadors from legendary Tennessee bourbon distilleries, Jack Daniel’s and Woodford Reserve.

A Tradition of Perfection Continues


It’s become an annual marquee event for The Clubhouse, an altogether extraordinary culinary excursion guided by celebrity chefs to the northern-most reaches of Haida Gwaii. For over a decade, some of the most celebrated chefs in North America have made their way to The Clubhouse at the invitation of legendary Vancouver chef and restauranteur David Hawksworth. There they join guests for glorious mid-summer days on the water and a celebration of culinary artistry, including daily interactive cooking classes and evening meals that feature indescribable themed fare and carefully chosen wine pairings.

Celebrate Seafood on the Beaches of Haida Gwaii


Calling all seafood lovers! Combine the world’s best salmon fishing with a dining experience far beyond anything you could ever imagine, all courtesy of Mother Nature and one of Canada’s top chefs, John Horne of Canoe restaurant. During this special trip, you will be whisked away by helicopter over jaw-dropping seascapes to a remote white-sand beach experience.
