We would like to congratulate long time friend and West Coast Fishing Club supporter, Chef David Hawksworth on his recent partnership with Air Canada.
Chef Hawksworth has developed a new menu for passengers flying in international business class or relaxing in the Maple Leaf Lounge that is sure to take their culinary experience to new heights.
The food created by Chef Hawksworth will feature seasonal appetizers, mains and desserts inspired by international routes, including yellowfin Tuna tataki, Tamari roasted Sablefish, and Mediterranean quinoa salad.
Congratulations to David on his continued success and all of his help with our culinary scene over the years. We look forward to finding out what he has in store for the 10th Annual David Hawksworth & Friends Culinary Adventure being held next July 17 to 21 at The Clubhouse.
