Thursday fishing report. With winds up to 30 knots early morning fishing was postponed until the weather started to subside. By 10am most boats hit the water with the intent to stay out for the day. Hopes were that the first BIG storm of the year would bring in a new run of fish.
Results were mixed but fish did come in. Highlights were:
Devin with this beautiful 22 pound spring, the fish had almost no spots on it’s back making it look somewhat more silver than a regular Chinook.
Then Myles hits the deck with this 82lb halibut
Myles and Curtis teamed up with a couple of Chinook
and the grand finale goes to Steve (the rock fish King) who landed his biggest fish of the trip, a 38 lb halibut
Congratulations Steve, its not red and its over 10lbs!
