The only fish of the day came from 3 rocks, a nice 27lber for Steve Panz seen here with his son and guide Mike Panz. That’s right its all “Panz on deck” this week and a virtual “panz-emonium” with three generations of Panz in attendance.
That’s a great fish Steve, well done!
Afterwards it was a dinner of roast suckling pig with beans and wilted greens…
That crispy crackle of the pig skin drives me crazy…once plated out they went…
I waited patiently hoping there might be a couple of succulent treats left behind.
I got lucky…and so will you if you’re heading our way soon.
