The Outpost Report: August 8, 2010

August 8, 2010

OUTPOST UPDATE: We’ve switched off bait recently and according to Mike Panz this is the only thing that’s working...

Another great day on the water: 3 Halibut over 100 pounds were set free, 40 Chinook were either retained or released and a variety of other fish agreed to participate in a little “tug of war”.

“Boat 4” had another “boat load” today with Mike and Bob…

They even created a beautiful "Salm-odendron" on the dock.
The father and son duo of Brian and Daniel had some success...

And Steve and Jim got over last nights devastating Krud loss by taking it out on the fish…

While first time west coast angler Bill trumped the lot with a Tyee

He and boat mate Curtis along with Guide Mark were the strong men of the day...

Higher boys, Higher!
Bill and JP ham it up with tis little piggy...

and this little fawn ran all the way home…which apparently is now the OP.

Thus concludes another day at the Outpost.
