Outpost Update ~ Aug 10 "do you feel lucky"

Adam does his best Clint Eastwood impression this afternoon after another incredible day of fishing. You SHOULD feel lucky if you're one of our last 3 groups coming in this season. Fishing here continues to be the best in the world with a few more tyees today and a few monsters broken off.

It's really been an epic week, here's a 6 am shot from yesterday morning...

Today it blew up a bit but not enough to stop this from happening...

Kathryn is here with Husband Bob on her "birthday week fishing trip", not sure how it could be any better.

My dad is here and we joined Guide Mike and Adam down at freeman for another day of steady chinook action...

Dad (David) released another tyee today and a couple just shy of the mark.

Adam has figured out a new way to transport guests....

Tie them down in the back of the boat...Greg and Ken didn't seem to mind especially knowing how good the fishing was going to be at their destination.

Last bit of news was that WCFC mechanic Terry paid us a little visit and was quickly put through his Outpost initiation by Chef Rebecca...

You've heard of the 100 mile diet, this is the 40 mile haircut (He had to come 40 miles from the CH to get a trim)

Winds are 10-15 westernly tomorrow which should mean another GREAT day.

Word on the water is that Tuna are being caught off shore, Mike Panz and JP are planning an exploratory mission tomorrow. Stay tuned right here for all the action.
