"The Charm of fishing is that it is the pursuit of what is elusive but obtainable, a perpetual series of occasions for hope" ~ John Buchan
Such it is at the OP, lets start with this occasion for hope...
...the calm days we all dream of... elusive but they do happen.
On the west side this is still a good day...
...either way watch that rod tip...
The weather picked up last weekend and the fishing cooled a bit. The largest fish was a 30 lb Tyee, fish were harder to come by and there were a couple of slow shifts. That said it's still the OP and Sunday was a winner...
...full totes on the dock and good fishing for all. Here are a few "hauls of the day"...
Gordie, Matt and Hein pose with 4 coho, 4 springs and 2 halis...and a lingcod.
Noordin and Mike had a similar experience...
Greg and John got everything they wanted...
Special thanks to John and his group from Stikeman Elliott...
Greg, Ivor, Mark, Matt, John, Richard, Hein, Nathan, Dave, Mike, Noordin, Dave, Brad & Brian...it was a fun weekend and another spirited game of KRUD (in which John has been runner up twice)...
...but this week's winner...
