Taste the Elegance of Europe

Building on the success of our past International Culinary Series trips which recently featured a renowned Michelin-star chef from London, we will be once again inviting a culinary heavyweight to our third annual International Culinary Series trip in 2019. With intimate culinary demonstrations and masterfully-prepared dinners, this trip promises to be the gastronomic experience of a lifetime. Who will be our international guest celebrity star? We can’t say for sure yet, but Europe does have an abundance of culinary greats.  Look for more details later in the year in our Tight Lines newsletter.

Executive Chef Gary Foulkes of Michelin-starred Angler restaurant led the  culinary demonstration at the 2018 International Culinary Series – London trip.

Experience firsthand the incredible wildlife inhabiting Haida Gwaii including awe-inspiring whales, exotic birds and majestic eagles.

Enjoy the rugged beauty of the surrounding landscape you’ll see on the helicopter, on the boat, and at the lodge.

INTERNATIONAL CULINARY SERIES TRIP EXTRAS

  • An extraordinary five-star dinner masterfully prepared by an acclaimed international guest chef (to be announced later in 2018)

At every culinary demonstation, participants have their own cooking station and receive hands-on instruction by our talented guest chef.

CULINARY DEMONSTRATION  – WHAT YOU CAN  EXPECT 

The Clubhouse’s dining room is temporarily transformed into an intimate cooking demonstration class during our culinary-focused trips.  At each demonstration, each participant will have their own cooking station complete with ingredients, kitchen utensils and a printed recipe.  During the class, our guest chef will walk participants through each step required in crafting the selected favourite dish.  After the preparation and plating of each dish is finished, participants gather to enjoy their creations alongside a glass of wine and our special guest chef.  Sign up for the culinary demonstrations takes place at the lodge.
