Today I would like to officially declare Dave Jewett our in-house record holder for largest marlin caught and released to date.
Dave’s blue marlin weighed in at 550 lbs as estimated by our expert Captain Junior and Mate Donar.

Today on the water was another gorgeous day, however, as they say, the fishing was great, the catching…not so much!! Some dorado action provided some good entertainment, but the bite was slow for billfish. A great day nonetheless, and the guys came home tired and happy and ready for a big feast for their last night.
With a total of 3 marlin (all safely released), roosterfish, amberjack, snappers, tuna, and dorado – these anglers have covered all the bases from end to end.
