The executive chef supervises a minimum of 8 kitchen employees and should be capable of delivering four star cuisine for up to 60 guests per day.

Responsible for all guided and self – guided dock/fish processing operations including tackle inventory, maintenance of docks and ramps, cleaning and fueling of self-guided boats, adhering to and enforcing West Coast Fishing Club policies regarding safety, dress code and standards. The dock manager oversees and supervises up to 8 dockhands and reports directly to the general manager and manager fishing operations.

Reporting to the Excecutive Chef the Meat/Saucier Chef will be responsible for all protein items on the menu as well as maintaining the organization and sanitary conditions of the kitchen. The successfull candidiate will be well educated in deboning/cleaning - fish/meat products and the preparation of associated sauces.

Daily duties may also include waste removal, freight unloading and guest luggage handling.
